From Monsters and Critics.com Movies News Looks like Maggie Gyllenhaal will be joining Christian Bale in Christopher Nolan’s ‘The Dark Knight,’ the next chapter in the Batman series. Pic which will start filming in late spring, will have Gyllenhaal take on the role of Rachel Dawes, played by Katie Holmes in ‘Batman Begins.’ Holmes dropped out of the project early this year.
