Fine wine for Crowe in A Good Year

Russell Crowe is in talk to star in Fox 2000's A Good Year, which Ridley Scott will direct.
Variety reports that Crowe's part would be of an investment banker who loses his job and moves to Provence and start runnning his deceased uncle's failing vineyard...the move is further complicated by the arrival of an unkown American cousin.
The film will be adapted from Peter Mayle's novel of the same name.
