Nicholas Turturro to Star in The Longest Yard

Nicholas Turturro is to star in the Columbia and Paramount joint venture, "The Longest Yard". He will play a quarterback called Brucie.A remake of the 1970's flick, the movie is the story of a quarterback and former coach who are serving in the same prison. They are asked to put together a team to play against the guards.The film also stars Adam Sandler, Burt Reynolds and Chris Rock.Source: The Hollywood Reporter
