Serkis to direct Depp in Addict?

The BBC reports that the star is in talks with Depp who would be directed by Lord of the Rings and King Kong star Andy Serkis.
Smith told the BBC: "It's a horror story with a fairytale ending - irregardless of how low you go with drink and drugs you can still get out of it."
Filming is expected to start over the summer.
