Jordana Brewster cast in Water's Edge

Jordana Brewster has been cast in upcoming horror Water's Edge from debut director Chris Applebaum.
Variety reports the films centers on a local girl, played by Brewster, who is hired by a group of young holidaymakers as their houseboat driver on Lake Powell. They soon have more to worry about than river currents as a murderer starts to pick them off one-by-one.
Filming is due to begin on location in Arizona and Los Angeles in late summer.
Jonathan Goldman wrote the script.
