Schlosser's Fast Food Nation Coming to the Big Screen

The film is based on Eric Schlosser's 'Fast Food Nation: The Dark Side of the All-American Meal'

Variety reports Catalina Sandino Moreno will star with filming expected to start in the fall.In the book journalist Schlosser argues that the fast food industry is responsible for the explosion of malls in America's landscape, expanding rich/poor gap, causing obesity, and in the vanguard of U.S. American cultural imperialism abroad.You can read more about the novel in our database.
