Rachel Weisz Joins The Fountain

Rachel Weisz is set to star opposite Hugh Jackman in a new flick from Warner Bros. Pictures. She is stepping into the role originally to be played by Cate Blanchett, who was onboard until Brad Pitt pulled out a couple of years ago.

"The Fountain" is a Sci-Fi love story where a man travels through time and it explores the themes of immortality and love. Not much else is known.

Directed and produced by Darren Aronofsky, filming is due to start in Novemeber.
