Kristanna Loken is BloodRayne

Loken will begin work on "BloodRayne" in August 2004 shooting in locations throughout Romania. As the film's lead, Loken will play the title character who is half humand and hlaf vampire, drvien by vengence to overthrow her father, Kagan, king of all vampires.
A former model, Kristanna Loken first caught worldwide attention with her role as the villanous T-X in the highly anticipated T3 sequel. Lone has just completed "Kingdom and Twilight" she also starred in Dick World TV Series "D.C." and the Steven Bocjo series "philly".
Of Loken's casting, Producer Shawn Williamson said, "I loved Kristanna in "T3" and am excited to see how she brings the character of Rayne to life."
"BloodRayne" marks the sixth collaboration between Williamson/Brighlight Pictures and German director Uwe Boll.
Boll is directing the movie which is writtern by Guinevere Turner ("American Psycho").
Boll said, "Kristanna Loken is perfect for BloodRaye. She is strong, tall, athletic, sexy..everything BloodRayne is."
