Michelle Rodriguez Cast in The Breed

Michelle Rodriguez, Oliver Hudson, Hill Harper, Taryn Manning and Eric Lively have been cast in horror film The Breed.
The Hollywood Reporter says the independent movie follows five friends who holiday on a deserted island. They befriend some of the islands' dogs only to find the beasst are genetically altered and highly intelligent...not to mention hungry.

Nick Mastandrea will make his directorial debut with Wes Craven attached in an executive producing role.
Filming is expected to begin next week in South Africa.
