Three Join Adaptation of My Friend Flicka

Maria Bello, Danny Pino and Dallas Roberts have joined the cast of "Flicka," says The Hollywood Reporter.Tim McGraw, Alison Lohman and Ryan Kwanten are already signed up for Fox 2000's adaptation of Mary O'Hara's "My Friend Flicka."The movie is set on a modern-day ranch in Wyoming. It tells the story of Katie (Lohman), a teenager who dreams of running her family's ranch, much to the dismay of her father (McGraw); his hopes are pinned on her older brother. In the tale, Katie finds a wild horse she names Flicka and claims it for her own.
