Vin Diesel Tops the US Weekend Box Office

"The Pacifier," starring Vin Diesel topped this weekend's US box office according to studio estimates.
The action/comedy adventure brought in just over $30 million easily beating Travolta starrer "Be Cool," which took second spot with a decent $23.5 million.
Will Smith's romantic comedy "Hitch" took a respectable $12.5 million, landing in third spot.
"Diary of Mad Black Woman" took forth spot with $12 million, on about half as many screens as the rest.
Oscar winner "Million Dollar Baby" saw a rise after its victory taking fifth spot with $8.5 million, bringing its domestic total to some $77 million.
