Tonight Hollywood's finest will turn out as last year's big movies battle it out for the Oscar signposting Golden Globe Awards.
Will Ferrell, Samuel L. Jackson, Tim Robbins, Charlize Theron and Naomi Watts are among the presenters of this years awards.
Favorites are "The Aviator" as best film drama, Hilary Swank for her role in "Million dollar Baby," Leonardo DiCaprio as Howard Hughes in "The Aviator" and Sideways must be expected to grab a few from its many nominations.
Robin Williams, an 11-time Golden Globe Award nominee and five-time winner, will pick up the Hollywood Foreign Press Association's highest honor, the Cecil B. DeMille Award for outstanding contribution to entertainment.
The Golden Globe Awards, regarded worldwide as The Hollywood Party of the Year, will be seen in more than 150 countries worldwide and is one of the few awards ceremonies that span both television and motion picture achievements.
Also watch out for the UK BAFTA's, nominations for them will be announced tomorrow.
The 62nd Annual Golden Globe Awards will be live on NBC tonight (8-11:00 p.m. EST) at the Beverly Hilton Hotel.
