after 5000 more troops will die in iraq in the next four years for NO reason, why not be bitter?

You'd be bitter too if you had a son of draftable age. Mine will NEVER go. I have plenty of money to send him to Canada or Mexico or preferably France (I suspect France would understand)

Haven't yet met a single person willing to admit they voted for Shrub oops, I mean Bush. I think they are either too ashamed or something fishy went on there in the booths. I work in the public and talk to lots of people.

An election isn't 'won' like a bet on a sports game is won. You don't pick the one you suspect is going to win, you should pick the one that has the right ideas, a CONSTRUCTIVE plan and at least onion-skin deep respect for life. Or in the worst case scenario, The-guy-that-isn't-Bush.

Michael Moore's propaganda film is a disgrace. He is an embarresment to our country and you support him? If you talk to our soilders - they understand the responsibility and goal in Iraq. There only concern is the press and people like you.

I have talked with few who have seen Fahrenheit 911 that would classify it as, 'The favorite.' most discussions I have heard or have been a part of thought it was a disgrace.

The war is a disgrace - The President is a disgrace - The Vice President, Frist, Rumsfeld and the House are horrible disgraces. We should not be there and our children should not be dying there. Thank you Michael!

I am so tired of hearing people complain about Bush being elected President. The public voted and he was the winner. YES I did vote for him. You may not like him but he was elected by the majority. You should support him.

I am sick and tired of people not supporting our president. If you hate this country so much take all that money you have and move yourself to Canada.

I'm both saddened and disgusted that a majority of the American people choose to return to office an oily despicable Vietnam-dodger, a smirking ignoramus who in his 8 years as President will inflict a mountain of harm on the country I love, damage that will take generations to repair. Crippling Medicare, dismantling Social Security, killing American men and women in Iraq . . . endless harm. I'm a USNavy vet of WW 2, in which I volunteered.

George Bush won the election, let's get over it. But you can't say that you need to support your President or get out of the country. The President stands up for what he believes in, MM stands up for what he believes him. Unfortunately, one stands up for a more destructive path. Hopefully America will learn that war doesn't solve everything one day. If this is the way we solve problems from here on in, we will be steadily welcoming a nuclear war. Regards, an Australian living in America.
