Sorvino and Fiennes in Talks to Star in Civic Duty

Mira Sorvino and Joseph Fiennes are in negotiations to star in thriller 'Civic Duty'.Production Weekly describes a plot involving an all-American accountant Terry Allen who gets fired from his job, he develops an acute obsession with "Headline News" and "CNN" in the post 9/11 world. His world is about to get a whole lot smaller when a young, unattached Islamic student moves in next door.When Terry's obsession moves to his new neighbor and his theories fall on deaf ears, he decides to take matters into his own hands to determine exactly who this new neighbor is.Canadian Vic Sarin is scheduled to begin filming 'Civic Duty' in Vancouver at the end of February.
