Jo Ann Corrales, the former business manager of the deceased Marlon Brando has filed a $3.5 million claim against his remaining estate for his alleged breach of contract and sexual harassment, the LA Times reports.
Corrales says that while she worked for Brando he "caused a hostile work environment due to his continuous acts of sexual harassment."
In addition she is looking for unpaid commission on monies earned by Brando, as well as fees owed for her role, as executor of his will. Though she was removed from this position just prior to his death.
Corrales is not alone in taking legal action against the Brando estate. Other claimants include his caretaker and his Personal Assistant. The claims have emerged since Brando died and left nearly all his assets to his nine children.
Marlon Brando died of lung failure earlier in this year.
He was born in Omagh 1924 and his career spanned over 50 years. From his first movie The Men in 1950 to his last, The Score in 2001. However, he will be best remembered for his roles in A Street Car Named Desire, Apocalypse Now and The Godfather.
