Brian Cox Cast as Aslan in The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe

Brian Cox is to perform the voice of Aslan the Lion in the forthcoming The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe.On casting Cox, producer Mark Johnson says, "Brian has an amazing resonance in his voice, a certain majesty, which suits Aslan perfectly...I've always found Brian to be so versatile...we first talked to Brian about the role of Aslan maybe nine months ago, and I'm so glad it worked out."Today marks the start of the one year countdown to the movies release.In addition we have added some artwork from the movie which you can view in the database.Stay tuned for more on this shorlty.
