Julianne Moore in Talks to Star in Sci Fi Thriller Next

Revolution Studios is in negotiations with Julianne Moore to play the female lead in Next opposite Nicolas Cage.
Moore would play a federal agent who's looking for people who can help predict terrorist acts. Her search puts her in pursuit of a man who has the ability to see his own future and take a different path if he chooses.
Gary Goldman adapted Philip K. Dick's short story The Golden Man.
Philip K. Dick also wrote Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?, The Minority Report and Blade Runner.
Cage will play a man who can see the future and change events before they happen. Eventually, he is forced to choose between saving the world and saving himself.
Cage is also acting as a producer for Next with Lee Tamahori directing.
