Dustin Hoffman and Dax Shepard are to star in Warner Bros. Pictures' Car Wars.The comedy centers on a snobby Mercedes-Benz dealer (Hoffman) who sees his kingdom crumble after a "Hollywood Classic Cars" shop opens up across the street. The new dealer (Shepard) quickly befriends Hoffman's character despite his immense hostility.Car Wars is based on a story by David Assael and Josh Brand. Neil Cohen, Robert Reece, Cinco Paul and Ken Daurio all worked on the script.Source: The Hollywood Reporter
