Hopkins, Clarkson and Gandolfini to Join All the Kings Men

Anthony Hopkins, Patricia Clarkson, and James Gandolfini are all in final negotiations to star in Columbia Pictures' All the King's Men, a remake of Robert Penn Warren's Prize winning novel.Patricia Clarkson is replacing Meryl Streep, who was originally cast as Sadie Burke, aide to Willy Stark (Sean Penn), the Huey Long-like figure whose rise and fall the film chronicles.Hopkins is to play Judge Irwin, whose past Jack Burden (Jude Law) sets out to unearth. Gandolfini has been cast as Tiny Duffy, a fawning member of Stark's entourage.Source: Variety
