Robert Duvall is in talks to play Bale's uncle, while Viggo Mortensen is the favorite to play the villain.

Casey Affleck, Garrett Hedlund, Taylor Kitsch and Channing Tatum are the names being mentioned to play Bale's brother.

Ridley Scott is producing through his Scott Free along with Leonardo DiCaprio and Jennifer Davisson Killoran through their Appian Way.

Bale will be seen as Batman for the final time this summer in "The Dark Knight Rises."
