Rob Corddry is in talks to join the cast of Paramount's dark comedy film "Pain and Gain."
According to Variety, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, Mark Wahlberg and Ed Harris have been cast.
Michael Bay is directing with shooting set to begin in the spring.
Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely wrote the script, based on a 1999 Miami New Times article.
The film centers on two Florida bodybuilders (Johnson and Wahlberg) who get caught up in a kidnapping plan that turns fatal.
Bay is producing with Donald De Line and Ian Bryce.
Corddry will be seen in the upcoming films "Seeking a Friend for the End of the World" and "Butter."
