Clint Eastwood's son, Scott Eastwood, has joined his father in the cast of the Warner Bros. drama "Trouble With The Curve."
According to Variety, Amy Adams, Justin Timberlake and John Goodman have also been cast.
Eastwood's longtime Malpaso producing partner Robert Lorenz will make his directorial debut on the film from a Randy Brown script.
Eastwood and Lorenz will produce through Malpaso.
The film centers on an aging baseball scout (Eastwood) losing his eyesight who takes a road trip to search for new talent with his estranged daughter (Adams).
Warners will release the film on September 28, 2012.
This is the first film Clint Eastwood has starred in but did not direct since Wolfgang Petersen directed him in the 1993 classic "In the Line of Fire."
Scott Eastwood's credits include three films his father directed ("Flags of Our Fathers," "Gran Torino" and "Invictus") as well as the upcoming "Of Men and Mavericks."
