John Goodman knows a good 'Curve'

John Goodman has joined the cast of the Warner Bros. drama "Trouble With The Curve."
According to Variety, Clint Eastwood, Amy Adams and Justin Timberlake have been cast.
Eastwood's longtime Malpaso producing partner Robert Lorenz will make his directorial debut on the film from a Randy Brown script.
Eastwood and Lorenz will produce through Malpaso.
The film centers on an aging baseball scout (Eastwood) losing his eyesight who takes a road trip to search for new talent with his estranged daughter (Adams).
Warners will release the film on September 28, 2012.
This is the first film Eastwood has starred in but did not direct since Wolfgang Petersen directed him in the 1993 classic "In the Line of Fire."
Goodman can be seen in two of the films up for the best picture Oscar this year, "The Artist" and "Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close."
