Seth Gordon joins 'Identity Theft'

Seth Gordon will direct the Universal Pictures comedy "Identity Theft."
According to Variety, Jason Bateman and Melissa McCarthy will star in the film.
Scott Stuber is producing through his Stuber Pictures along with Bateman and Peter Morgan.
Steve Conrad wrote the original script with Craig Mazin doing a rewrite.
The comedy centers on a man that has his identity stolen by a woman.
Production is expected to begin in the spring.
Gordon is coming off the success of last summer's comedy "Horrible Bosses," which grossed over $115 million domestically.
He's also attached to direct a remake of the 1983 thriller "War Games."
