'Real Steel' wins box office over weekend

DreamWorks' "Real Steel" narrowly won its second consecutive weekend at the box office with $16.3 million.
According to Variety, the domestic cumulative for the film stands at $51.7 million.
Paramount's remake of "Footloose" opened at a close No. 2 with $16.1 million.
Universal's remake of "The Thing" opened in the No. 3 spot with $8.7 million.
Sony's "The Ides of March" came in at No. 4 with $7.5 million for a domestic cumulative of $22 million.
Warner Bros. and Alcon Entertainment's "Dolphin Tale" finished in the No. 5 spot with $6.3 million for a domestic cumulative of $58.7 million.
