Highly anticipated first trailer for 'The Avengers' coming next week

Stay tuned to Monsters and Critics next Tuesday, October 11th as we bring the first trailer for Marvel Studio's superhero mega movie, "The Avengers."
Marvel superhero supremo's Thor, Iron Man, Black Widow, Nick Fury, Hawkeye, Captain America and Hawkeye for "The Avengers," one of the movie events of 2012.
"The Avengers" is released across the US and UK from May 4th, 2012.
Directed by Joss Whedon (Serenity) the film stars Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Samuel L. Jackson, Don Cheadle, Jeremy Renner, Mark Ruffalo and Cobie Smulders.
Continuing the epic big-screen adventures started in "Iron Man," "The Incredible Hulk," "Iron Man 2," "Thor" and "Captain America: The First Avenger," "Marvel's The Avengers" is the superhero team up of a lifetime. When an unexpected enemy emerges that threatens global safety and security, Nick Fury, Director of the international peacekeeping agency known as SHIELD, finds himself in need of a team to pull the world back from the brink of disaster. Spanning the globe, a daring recruitment effort begins.
