'The Muppets' parody 'The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo' in new trailer

The promotional campaign for Disney's "The Muppets" has to date heavily featured parody, and this is set to continue with the latest trailer imitating the teaser for David Fincher's, "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo."

The new trailer for "The Muppets" is titled "The Pig with the Froggy Tattoo." Other films "The Muppets" have parodied have included "Captain America" and "The Green Lantern."

The films A list cast includes Jason Segel, Amy Adams, Chris Cooper, Rashida Jones, Alan Arkin, Jack Black, Katy Perry, Billy Crystal, Zach Galifianakis, Emily Blunt, Kathy Griffin, Ricky Gervais, Danny Trejo, Ed Helms, Selena Gomez, Neil Patrick Harris, Danny Glover and Whoopi Goldberg.

"The Muppets" is released across the US from November 23rd and the UK from February 22nd, 2012.
