Chris Tucker is in talks to join Ben Stiller and Vince Vaughn in 20th Century Fox's sci-fi comedy "Neighborhood Watch."
According to Variety, Shawn Levy and his 21 Laps company are producing along with Tom McNulty.
Akiva Schaffer is directing.
Jared Stern wrote the original screenplay, with Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg having done a recent rewrite.
Rosemarie DeWitt and Jonah Hill have also been cast.
The story revolves around three men who form a suburban "neighborhood watch" group, that is really a front for fathers to get some male bonding time away from the wives and kids. Things take a turn when the group uncovers a plot to destroy the world.
Shooting begins later this fall in Georgia.
Tucker was last seen in 2007's "Rush Hour 3."
