Chris Tucker believes in 'Silver Linings'

Chris Tucker is in talks to join the cast of The Weinstein Company's dramatic comedy "The Silver Linings Playbook."
According to Variety, David O. Russell ("The Fighter") is directing from his adaptation of Matthew Quick's novel of the same name.
Harvey Weinstein is producing.
The cast includes Bradley Cooper, Robert De Niro and Jennifer Lawrence.
The story centers on a former high school teacher (Cooper) who is released from a mental institution into his mother's care after a bout with depression. He sets out to win his ex-wife's affections back and becomes involved with a troubled neighbor (Lawrence).
Tucker was last seen in 2007's "Rush Hour 3."
