Mark Wahlberg has '2 Guns'

Mark Wahlberg is in talks to star in Universal's adaptation of the Boom! Studios comic book "2 Guns."
According to Variety, the original comic was written by Steven Grant with art by Mat Santolouco.
Marc Platt is producing along with Andrew Cosby and Ross Ritchie from Boom!Studios.
Blake Masters wrote a previous draft.
The film centers on an undercover DEA agent and naval intelligence officer who, without realizing it, are investigating each other for stealing money from the mob. They later realize that the mob actually tricked them into stealing $50 million from the CIA.
Wahlberg's "The Fighter" director David O. Russell has been mentioned as a possible directing candidate.
Wahlberg will be seen in the upcoming Universal thriller "Contraband."
