Melissa McCarthy has joined Paul Rudd and Leslie Mann in Judd Apatow's untitled comedy for Universal.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Rudd and Mann will reprise their husband and wife roles from Apatow's 2007 comedy "Knocked Up."
Apatow will write and direct the film, his first since 2009's "Funny People."
Apatow, Barry Mandel and Clayton Townsend will produce.
Megan Fox, Albert Brooks and Ryan Lee ("Super 8") have also been cast.
No plot details have been given other than the film is not a sequel to "Knocked Up."
Production begins later this summer for a June 1, 2012, release.
McCarthy can be currently seen in the hit comedy "Bridesmaids," which Apatow produced.
