Joel David Moore likes the 'Savages'

Joel David Moore has joined the cast of Oliver Stone's adaptation of Don Winslow's novel "Savages."
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Universal will distribute the film.
Stone is producing with Moritz Borman and Eric Kopeloff.
He also did a polish on the script by Winslow and Shane Salerno.
Shooting is set to begin July 6 with a September 28, 2012, release date set.
The cast includes Taylor Kitsch, Aaron Johnson, Blake Lively, John Travolta, Benicio Del Toro, Salma Hayek, Uma Thurman, Emile Hirsch and Demian Bichir.
The film follows two marijuana growers and dealers (Kitsch and Johnson) from Laguna Beach who share a girlfriend named Ophelia (Lively). Ophelia is kidnapped and held for ransom when the two friends resist being pushed out of the business by a Mexican drug cartel.
Moore has been on the Fox TV show "Bones" since 2008 and was in "Avatar."
