'Pirates' dominates over weekend

Disney's "Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides" slew all the competition as it debuted with $90.1 million at the domestic box office.
According to Variety, the film also took in $256.3 million internationally for a worldwide cumulative of $346.4 million.
The $256.3 million international opening is the biggest international debut ever.
Universal's comedy "Bridesmaids" came in at No. 2 with $21.1 million for a domestic cumulative of $59.5 million.
Paramount and Marvel’s "Thor" placed No. 3 with $15.5 million for a domestic cumulative of $145.4 million.
Universal's "Fast Five" finished in the No. 4 spot with $10.6 million for a domestic cumulative of $185.8 million.
20th Century Fox's 3D animated film "Rio" came in at No. 5 with $4.7 million for a domestic cumulative of $131.6 million.
