Jake Johnson heading off to '21 Jump Street'

Jake Johnson has joined the cast of Columbia Pictures' bigscreen reboot of "21 Jump Street."
According to Variety, the cast includes Channing Tatum, Jonah Hill, Ice Cube, Brie Larson, Rob Riggle and Dave Franco.
Tatum and Hill are also executive producing.
The film is based on the 1980s Fox TV series that focused on young undercover police officers investigating crimes in high schools and colleges.
Phil Lord and Christopher Miller are directing from a script by Michael Bacall.
Neal H. Moritz will produce. Stephen J. Cannell, who co-created and executive produced the original series, will receive a posthumous producing credit.
Production is scheduled to begin this week.
Johnson can be currently seen in Max Winkler's "Ceremony."
His other film credits include "Get Him to the Greek" and "No Strings Attached."
