Rufus Sewell takes a bite out of 'Vampire Hunter'

Rufus Sewell has joined the cast of 20th Century Fox's "Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter."
According to Variety, he joins a cast that includes Benjamin Walker as Lincoln, Dominic Cooper, Anthony Mackie, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Alan Tudyk, Jimmi Simpson and Robin McLeavy.
The story revolves around Abraham Lincoln fighting vampires during the Civil War.
Sewell will play the lead villain; a vampire named Adam.
Seth Grahame-Smith wrote the novel and also adapted the script.
Timur Bekmambetov ("Wanted") will direct and co-produce with Tim Burton and Jim Lemley.
The 3D film is scheduled for a June 22, 2012 release.
Sewell was last seen in "The Tourist."
