Jamie Kennedy joins 'Deeds'

Jamie Kennedy has joined the cast of Tyler Perry's next Lionsgate film "Good Deeds."
According to Variety, Perry will direct, write and star in the film.
Thandie Newton is also starring.
Perry is producing through his Tyler Perry Studios shingle with production set to begin at the end of April in Atlanta.
Perry will play a successful entrepreneur named Glen Deeds who's about to get married to a rich woman when he falls in love with an unfortunate single mother (Newton).
Kennedy voices several roles on Fox's "The Cleveland Show."
His film credits include the first three "Scream" films and "Three Kings."
