Alcon Entertainment’s “Dolphin Tale” is inspired by the amazing true story of a brave dolphin called Winter and the compassionate people who banded together to save her life. The new trailer for "Dolphin Tale", the inspirational true survival story of the tailless dolphin Winter.
The Warner Bros. Pictures film, directed by Charles Martin Smith stars the real Winter the dolphin, Morgan Freeman, Ashley Judd, Harry Connick Jr., Kris Kristofferson, Ray McKinnon, Rus Blackwell and Marc Macaulay.

"Dolphin Tale" is released on 2D and 3D screens across the US from September 16th and the UK from October 14th.
The film is based on the true story of Winter the dolphin and the young boy who befriends her after she loses her tail in a crab trap.
