Roland Emmerich, usually known for his big budget apocalyptic epics (2012, The Day After Tomorrow, Independence Day) this time tackles the subject of Shakespeare, but not from a perceived conventional view point. The first trailer for his conspiracy filled new movie "Anonymous" is now online.
The Columbia Pictures film stars Rhys Ifans, Jamie Campbell Bower, Vanessa Redgrave, David Thewlis, Joely Richardson, Xavier Samuel, Sebastian Armesto, Rafe Spall, Derek Jacobi and Edward Hogg.

"Anonymous" is released across the US and UK from September 30th.
