Julianne Moore has joined the cast of Focus Features' drama "Another Night."
According to Variety, Paul Weitz ("Little Fockers") is directing from his own script.
The cast includes Paul Dano, Robert DeNiro and Olivia Thirlby.
The film is based on Nick Flynn's 2004 memoir "Another Bullshit Night in Suck City," which tells the story of a young writer (Dano) who takes a job at a Boston homeless shelter where one night he comes across his estranged father (DeNiro) seeking a bed.
Weitz and Andrew Miano are producing through their Depth of Field production shingle along with Michael Costigan through his Corduroy Films and De Niro's Tribeca Productions.
Tribeca's Jane Rosenthal and Meghan Lyvers, Caroline Baron and Depth of Field's Kerry Kohansky are executive producing.
Moore is coming off her critically acclaimed performance in "The Kids Are All Right."
She'll be seen opposite Steve Carell and Ryan Gosling in the Warner Bros. comedy "Crazy, Stupid, Love."
