Stormare hooks up with 'Hansel and Gretel'

Peter Stormare has boarded the cast of Paramount's "Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters."
According to Variety, Jeremy Renner and Gemma Arterton have been cast as Hansel and Gretel.
Tommy Wirkola is directing from a script by D.W. Harper.
This version of the fairytale is set 15 years after the siblings killed the witch who kidnapped them. Hansel and Gretel are now bounty hunters who pursue witches.
Will Ferrell, Chris Henchy, Adam McKay and Kevin J. Messick are producing through their Gary Sanchez Productions.
Shooting will begin March 7 in Berlin with a March 12, 2012, release date set.
Stormare recently wrapped shooting on the upcoming films "Lockout" and "The Divide."
