By Adnan Tezer Jan 11, 2011, 21:37 GMT
Tina Fey is in talks to star in Universal's comedy "Admission."
According to Variety, Paul Weitz is directing from a script he co-wrote with Karen Croner and Kerry Kohansky Roberts.
Roberts is producing through his Depth of Field company.
The screenplay is based on the 2009 novel by Jean Hanff Korelitz that focuses on a Princeton admissions officer (Fey) and her romantic relationship with a potential student.
Fey can be seen on NBC's "30 Rock," voiced Roxanne Ritchie for DreamWorks Animation’s "Megamind" and was in "Date Night."
Weitz's latest film is Universal’s "Little Fockers," which can be currently seen in theaters.
