Ed Harris goes out on a 'Ledge'

Ed Harris has joined the cast of Summit's cop thriller "Man on a Ledge."
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Asger Leth is directing from an original script by Pablo Fenjves, with rewrites by Chris Gorak and the team of Erich and Jon Hoeber.
The cast includes Sam Worthington, Elizabeth Banks, Jamie Bell, Anthony Mackie, Edward Burns and Genesis Rodriguez.
Lorenzo Di Bonaventura, Mark Vahradian and David Ready are producing with shooting underway in New York.
The film focuses on a fugitive ex-cop (Worthington) threatening to jump off the ledge of a high-rise building while an NYPD hostage negotiator (Elizabeth Banks) tries to talk him down. She soon realizes the suicide attempt is really a diversion for a diamond heist.
Harris will be seen in Peter Weir's "The Way Back," opening in December.
