Actors join HBO's 'Too Big To Fail'

Paul Giamatti, Topher Grace and Cynthia Nixon have joined William Hurt as part of the ensemble cast of HBO's original movie adaptation of the best-selling Wall Street novel "Too Big To Fail."
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the cast also includes Ed Asner, Tony Shalhoub, James Woods, Dan Hedaya, Michael O’Keefe, Ayad Akhtar, Kathy Baker, Billy Crudup and Joey Slotnick.
The film details the real-life economic meltdown of 2008 and centers on Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson (Hurt).
Curtis Hanson ("LA Confidential") will direct the film, which is based on New York Times reporter Andrew Ross Sorkin’s book.
HBO is producing in association with Spring Creek Productions, with Hanson, Paula Weinstein and Jeffrey Levine executive producing.
