Kartheiser needs more time

Vincent Kartheiser has joined the cast of Andrew Niccol's untitled sci-fi thriller for Fox previously titled "I'm.mortal."
According to Variety, the cast includes Justin Timberlake, Amanda Seyfried, Cillian Murphy and Collins Pennie.
The script, by Niccol, focuses on a future where the aging gene turns off at age 25 and people must purchase time in order to live. A poor young man (Timberlake) is falsely accused of murdering a wealthy man for his time and goes on the run with a beautiful, rich hostage (Seyfried).
Kartheiser will play the father of Seyfried's character.
Eric Newman and Marc Abraham are producing through Strike Entertainment.
Kartheiser can be seen on AMC's "Mad Men."
