Ophelia Lovibond to help out 'Mr. Popper'

Ophelia Lovibond has boarded the cast of Fox's family film "Mr. Popper's Penguins," opposite Jim Carrey and Carla Gugino.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Mark Waters is directing the film, which will be a modern update of the 1938 children's book by Richard and Florence Atwater.
John Davis is producing through his Davis Entertainment.
In the film, Mr. Popper (Carrey) is a high-powered, New York business man who suddenly inherits six penguins and must deal with the difficulties, at home and at work, of taking care of the animals.
Lovibond will play Mr. Popper's personal assistant. Gugino will play his wife.
The movie begins production next month in New York.
Lovibond will be seen opposite Aaron Johnson in "Nowhere Boy" and in William Monahan's "London Boulevard" with Colin Farrell and Keira Knightley.
