Emma Stone is circling the female lead roles in Sony's reboots of "21 Jump Street" and "Spider-Man."
According to Variety, Jonah Hill has already been cast in "21 Jump Street" with Phil Lord directing. Hill and Michael Bacall came up with the story with Bacall writing the script.
Shooting will begin in early 2011.
Stone is also on a list that includes Lily Collins, Teresa Palmer and Mia Wasikowska for one of two female leads in the untitled "Spider-Man" reboot. It is unknown whether Stone would be playing the Mary Jane Watson role.
Marc Webb is directing "Spider-Man" with Andrew Garfield playing Peter Parker/Spider-Man and James Vanderbilt writing the script.
Stone has fast become one of Sony's go-to actresses and can be currently seen in Sony's "Easy A."
Her previous roles include Sony's "Superbad" and "Zombieland."
She’ll be seen in the upcoming "The Help" with Bryce Dallas Howard and Sissy Spacek.
