Neeson and Carnahan seeing 'Grey'

Liam Neeson is in talks to reteam with director Joe Carnahan for the survival drama "The Grey."

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Neeson would play the role originally set to be played by Bradley Cooper.

Inferno Entertainment’s Bill Johnson is producing with Carnahan and Jules Daly. Ridley and Tony Scott are also producing through their Scott Free Productions. Carnahan and Ian Jeffers wrote the script.

The story focuses on the members of an oil drilling team lead by Neeson’s character, who find themselves under attack by vicious wolves after their plane crashes in Alaska.

Earlier this summer, Neeson starred in the Carnahan-directed "The A-Team," opposite Bradley Cooper, Jessica Biel and Sharlto Copley.
