Jim Caviezel is in 'Transit'

Jim Caviezel has joined the cast of the After Dark Films thriller "Transit."
According to The Hollywood Reporter, he joins Elisabeth Röhm, Harold Perrineau, Diora Baird and James Frain in the cast of the Antonio Negret-directed film.
Courtney Solomon is producing with Joel Silver executive producing. Michael Gilvary ("According to Greta") wrote the screenplay.
The film focuses on a group of thieves on the run from a bank robbery who come across a suburban family on its way to a camping trip and hide their money in the family's SUV.
Caviezel will play the father of the vacationing family, who must deal with the thieves when they threaten his family.
Caviezel’s credits include "Frequency," "The Count of Monte Cristo" and "The Passion of the Christ." He recently starred in AMC's miniseries "The Prisoner."
