January Jones part of 'X-Men'

January Jones will play Emma Frost in 20th Century Fox's "X-Men: First Class."
According to Variety, Alice Eve had been rumored to play Emma Frost, although no deal was ever closed.
Matthew Vaughn is directing a cast that includes James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Kevin Bacon, Rose Byrne, Edi Gathegi, Nicholas Hoult, Caleb Landry Jones, Jennifer Lawrence, Oliver Platt, Lucas Till, Jason Flemyng, Bill Milner, Morgan Lily and Zoe Kravitz.
The origin story focuses on Charles Xavier (McAvoy) and Erik Lensherr (Fassbender) as young men before they became Professor X and Magneto respectively.
Jane Goldman wrote the script based on a story by Bryan Singer.
Fox will release the film on June 3, 2011.
Jones is best known for her role on AMC’s "Mad Men."
