Reitman, Theron love being 'Young'

Jason Reitman is in talks to direct Charlize Theron in the Mandate dark comedy "Young Adult."
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Diablo Cody wrote the script. Reitman and Cody previously collaborated on "Juno."
The story follows a divorced, young-adult fiction writer (Theron) in Minneapolis who returns to her hometown to chase the ex-boyfriend that got away.
Mr. Mudd's Lianne Halfon and Russell Smith are producing along with Mason Novick, Reitman and Cody.
Production is set to start in mid-October in New York.
Theron’s recent credits include "The Burning Plain" and "The Road."
"Adult" will mark Reitman’s first film since directing "Up in the Air."
